690 properties sold this week, up 78 sales from last week.

🏡 9,001 properties for sale, up 341

🔑 626 properties leased, up 24

🏘️ 2,125 properties for rent, up 78

Sales activity picked up, but the amount of property sitting on the market also continued to build.

One thing I’ve found strange about the Perth property market this year is the behaviour of buyers.
There’s still interest, but many buyers seem to be sitting back, watching the market and taking longer to make decisions.
Are they waiting for prices to change, more properties to come onto the market, or simply the right opportunity?
