Brian McAllister Properties is the trading name of AUGUST VENTURES PTY LTD (ABN 25 069 666 833). Brian McAllister is a licensed real estate and business agent in Western Australia (licence RA86591) and works in conjunction with The Agency. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and what happens to it. Effective 6 October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you send.
When you fill in an enquiry or appraisal form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and, for appraisals, your property address, suburb, property type and any message.
We don’t collect payment details, and the site has no user accounts.
How it’s used
It goes to Brian.
Your form is sent to Brian by email so he can reply to you and arrange your appraisal or answer your question. Brian deals with your enquiry personally. Your details aren’t sold, and they aren’t shared with anyone except to deliver the email to Brian or where the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
Visits, counted.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people use it, for example which pages are read. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as your browser, device and approximate location. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
The site is hosted on InstaWP and delivered through the Bunny CDN, which process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect the site from attacks.
